1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FuelSightAI platform operated by North Point AI ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. By accessing or using FuelSightAI, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

FuelSightAI is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for fuel management, providing fuel issuance tracking, anomaly detection, depot management, reporting, and fleet intelligence. The service is accessed via web dashboard and Telegram bot.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • One organization account may have multiple users with different roles and permissions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
  • Use automated scripts to access the platform without our written consent.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. We do not claim ownership of your fuel records, operational data, or organizational information. We use your data solely to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

7. Payment and billing

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed upon signup.
  • All fees are quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of liability

FuelSightAI is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Point AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
