• Demo request data: name, company, email, phone, fleet size, industry, and message submitted via the demo form.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the FuelSightAI platform.
• To detect anomalies and generate reports for your organization.
• To send operational notifications (via Telegram or email) that you have configured.
• To respond to demo requests and support inquiries.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve our product.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only in these circumstances:

• With your organization's administrators, as configured by your multi-tenant setup.
• With infrastructure providers (hosting, database) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
• When required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard 256-bit encryption. Access is controlled through role-based permissions with per-action audit logging. We conduct regular security reviews of our platform.

6. Data retention

We retain your operational data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Demo request data is retained for up to 12 months.

You have the right to:

• Access and export your data at any time through the platform.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing.
